Spring Willow Estates
Spring Willow Estates is surrounded by exceptional beauty and was a rare opportunity to live in this small natural enclave of estate homes tucked back into nature in the west side of the Springbank area, Calgary, Alberta Canada. Kirk Seton I was trying to create a visual brand identity, that was crest like and a monogram from the letters S & W. Kirk was inspired to capture the natural aesthetic of the willow tree. The brand identity needed to feel wispy, willowy, branch like and hand drawn. Brush script font was used in “Spring Willow” and customized it by creating the swashing “R” in “Spring”, to stylize it and become branch like, thus helping to hold the design together visually.
